Rating 3 out of 5 - The 7 recipes I tried lacked taste and flavor.
I would not recommend this unless I HAD to be on a diet and I knew how to add flavor to dishes. Only ONE out of the 7 I tried from main dishes and muffins where worth repeating.

Delicious, quick, and easy recipes. The recipes featured here are ready in a fraction of the time needed to prepare those found in companion book, The South Beach Diet Cookbook. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to try the South Beach Diet, but doesn't have a lot of time to cook. The South Beach Diet really works!

despite of the diet's name (south beach= very superficial) this diet is great for ANYONE, it's just about eating healthy for life. I wouldn't call it a diet...but should be a lifestyle. Great cooking ideas with very simple ingredients that make healthy and delicious food.
