This is a great book with great tasting recipes. Some are a bit involved,but none are difficult. I would recommend this cook book to everyone that is interested in the South Beach Diet program.

Great, easy-to-prepare recipes. Emphasis on fruits and vegetables usually available in summer (of course, most markets can now provide these items nearly year-round). Almost no duplication of recipes from previous SBD books. Highly recommended!

Excellent year round breakfast dishes. Love the recipes that Arthur Agatston puts together. Tasty but not fattening. This is another of his great cookbooks
