I enjoy the workout out lined in the Abs Diet for Women, I am not ready to go to the public gym as of yet but the home work out is quite effective.
Rating - Great book on eating healthy and being fit
This is a very common sense, easy to follow plan on how to eat healthy and stay fit, for life, without starving and exercising for hours.
Rating - Healthy, and its works!
Great book, with great information. I have had problems with belly fat for
years. Even with dieting, and regular exercise, including ab work, I have never seen much results, until this book was recommended to me. In the past 3 weeks, I have seen dramatic loss of belly fat. I also feel wonderful.
Rating - The Un-Diet
I admit that I was skeptical when I bought this book. Oh, no, not another stupid diet craze. But I was pleasantly surprised. The nutrition advice is solidly based on science and a common sense approach: eat more unprocessed foods, be careful of trans fat, protein is your friend, etc. This is more of a guide to basic nutrition than a "diet book." And the exercises included in the back are great! They're easy to do and can be done quickly ( like circuit training). It only takes me about 15-20 minutes a day to do ab work and either upper body or lower body workouts. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to get healthy, learn about what's really going into their bodies, and do something about it!
