I just got this lamp and it was easy to set up,very bright,good looking,nice sturdy base,and its make in the USA!

As a Gold Box special, this was a good bargain. Light is bright white, lamp is very plain and is perfect for reading. It would be more convenient if there was one other way to turn lamp on other than switch at top, but if you can find this for about $50 you might try it.

I have been looking for 5 years for a good floor lamp for by my bed that didn't cost a bundle. When this was a Gold Box Deal I had to get it. WOW what a great deal. $54.99 for an ott-lite made in the USA!

It was easy to assemble and works great. It has a very heavy strudy base and doesn't wobble. The hardest thing to do is get the box open. The company glues the box closed I had a very hard time getting into it.

The light doesn't get too hot so having it over your shoulder doesn't heat you up. The quality is high and the light is easy on the eyes. The bulb says it will last 10,000 hours that's a lot of reading. Get this lamp you will not be dissapointed. A++ item.
