They come with compact headsets, the walkie-talkies have incredibly fast VOX response, they have a dock charger and come with chargeable batteries, the dock charger has an AC adapter and a cigarette lighter adapter, they're noise suppression systems are excellent and their range is great. The menus are easy to use. However, the volume is not very high. A stronger speaker would help. The battery life for the rechargeables is great. The size is also good.
