They work fine for small speakers, but only at close range and only if there are no walls in the way. As soon as I get out of the room, the signal drops out intermittently. Forget about going outside. The patio is less than 10 feet from the computer, but signal won't go through the wall reliably. I'd guess the 10 meter range quoted on the box is a little generous. Rating - Just what I was looking for These speakers were exactly what I expected and needed. So, why did I give them a 4 instead of a 5? I reserve 5 for products that exceed my expectations. Recomendations for rev.2: Add an audio out jack. I would have loved to use this to interface my phone to my stereo at home, and the speakers when away. Rating - very good speakers I have the best impressions after using the speakers for about two weeks. They have reasonable sound quality for such a small size and range, the controls and the battery life are also sufficient. The software and the connectivity with the computer and mobile phones (through A2D) are also very good. Bluetooth devices is a very good idea. Rating - Tiny speakers rock! Wow, these itty-bitty little speakers are very neat. The sound is better than your typical laptop and certainly louder. They are not full-on stereo speakers, let's be realistic here, but they are great for their size and intended use. I bluetooth them to my cell phone, which I use as my ipod, and listen that way.
